Beautiful modern spacious holiday let. Fully equipped - has everything you could possibly need. Lovely design inside upstairs and downstairs. 2 bedrooms. 2 toilets and shower room (one up one down) Great space to wine and dine - indoor and outdoor - with seating out the front and out the back with benches & table and chairs. Gas BBQ. Field at the back to walk round and local fields and footpaths to follow great for walkers and dogs as holiday let takes dogs too. Wheelchair accessible downstairs but no bedroom downstairs. Pushchair and babies could come but would need to being everything with them. Nice area - quiet. Would recommend having a whole day out at Aldeburgh and Southwold!! Happy Holidays

A rather stunning open plan barn conversion with spacious grounds perfect for pets and retaining it's original, rustic charms. Perfectly located for visiting places such as Sutton Hoo and plenty of pubs to dine at whether lunch or dinner. A slight observation we observed whilst there was that during a warm summer day the property itself does become rather warm inside as the front is mostly glass, but if like us you are out exploring during the day you are unlikely to notice it too much.
