The Refectory

A great evening meeting and having a meal with two friends who I live a long way from. Came a year ago and enjoyed very much so returned last night! A very friendly pub with excellent, professional staff and a very welcoming atmosphere. Very busy on a Saturday evening (29.4.23) yet food was prompt, hot and although not the cheapest as some mention was excellent quality and good portion size (2x steak burgers and chicken and ham pie). Very easy to set up a tab, the staff member with the beard (sorry, didnt catch names!) on the food till was extremely helpful as I didnt want my friends trying to pay their way, full credit to him! Will return when we meet up again next year.

Nice meal in a old building with wooden Beams, Good service by staff.large car park. Highly recommended.

A very nice place to visit in any occasion. A very worm environment with nice decorations! A warm and friendly environment making you feel very comfortable at all times. Staff very polite and always around. The food was amazing everything we tried was very tasty and well cooked! Prices were reasonable and in accordance with high quality of food ans service. A cozy and warm place highly recommended!!!!!
