        Absolutely ecstatic with the results Mark achieved with cleaning the carpets and hard floors. They look great again. Very professional and friendly service. Great to be able to leave him to get on with things and come back to a clean house.

        There are many things that are tricky when managing an end-of-tenancy clean, especially as it wasn't possible to meet Mark at the property. However, his can-do competence meant I had nothing to worry about. The finish was amazing, altho that wasn't really the main thing. For me, I was very impressed by the way he listened to my concerns, made sure they were all answered, and was really considerate of what was needed. Thank you. Services: General carpet cleaning, Pet stain & odor removal
