Spoke to 'Service' department over a week ago regarding seized rear brake caliper parking brake mechanism on our Mazda 6 Touring; the lady I spoke to didn't understand the issue I clearly explained, but still proceeded to tell me I'd need replacement pads and disks. I didn't wish to waste any more time explaining the basics to her, so asked for a price for a replacement caliper - the promised call back never received. Judging by the responses this dealership gives to low star Google reviews, they don't care about professional customer service.

DONT USE THIS GARAGE I had an awful experience at Guildford Branch on Tue 07 March. I had booked my car in for a repair regarding fumes in the cabin and as I had to go back to work I arranged a courtesy car to use until the issue was resolved. I was clear when I booked that the car may not be safe and I will need it repaired before I can use it please. When I arrived having travelled for an hour, I was told my car is just being checked and that I had no courtesy car booked. They then said we will give you one just this once but that it must be returned by the end of the day whether your car is safe or not? When I politely questioned this I was greeted with whats your problem, Im getting the manager! The manager came out and said do we have a problem in a quite aggressive manner. When I explained that I have to drive an hour back to work and then come back to collect my car and what if its not safe to drive? I was told not our problem. At this point I had no choice but to take my car and leave. I have honestly never, ever had an experience like this, and I have been completely put off ever using a Mazda garage ever again. Also I am at the moment forced to continue driving my car until I can get it checked at another garage.
