We spent an hour with Ian learning about the different ways of making gin, and the art of combining flavours. Ian was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and fun. This was fantastic value and I'll be back with more friends I'm sure.

Wow! We did the ginfluencer experience with Ian which I can't recommend highly enough. You first of all get the chance to try the amazing Village Spirit gin, then explore how different botanicals taste when extracted as a chance to work out what tastes you enjoy and what makes a balanced gin. After this you're encouraged to experiment with different combinations of botanicals and if you wish you can buy a bottle of your favourite combination! Ian was knowledgeable and friendly throughout and had plenty of tasty snacks we could work through while enjoying all the gins.
