Felt charging was hit and miss as there seemed to be no visible pricing structure.
No support given when we had an emergency situation arise.

Now she is my first go to when my cats are poorly.
I have 5 rescue cats and four of which have had treatment with Dr Birgit.
Recently I had a cat that had a growth in his mouth and was not eating, within just a few hours of acupuncture he was eating for England!
I can not recommend her highly enough.
At first it may seem that this is not a cheap option, however from experience in the long term it works out the same as regular vets by the time you have paid for tests and medication. Also its a far less invasive way to treat my cats. I was surprised, Dr Birgit makes acupuncture look easy to do to a cat ( I am sure its not). Be prepared to have to give regular herbs and homeopathy pills over a long period of time.

That was over 7 months ago and Lily is doing fine. Quality of life is excellent and shows no signs of deteriating. In fact She's as active and cheeky as ever. I think the outcome with a traditional vet would have been pretty poor and would have meant a lot of vet visits and separation not to mention some big bills. We have not been apart from Lily once and could not be more pleased with her treatment and of course the fact that she is still with us and doing so well.
Thank you Birgit. You are wonderful.
