We used Nick for alterations to our listed property and were very happy with the standard of service he provided. He was particularly helpful in guiding and supporting us through the listed building consent process including liaising with the District Council. Wed certainly use his services again and recommend him to others.

Nick carefully listened to our vision for re-organising and extending a farmhouse in an AONB and came up with a well considered design. He gained planning and building regs approvals at first try. The builders we used also said the plans were very good. As a sole trader, production of information is slower than in a larger practice but in our view this slower pace has been well worth it. I would certainly recommend Nick to others.

Nick - helped us develop a great solution to our campers needs at Wimbleball Lake. He helped us work with National Park planners to ensure the character of the park was maintained and at the same time provide a modern timer building as our camp site toilets showers and reception. South West Lakes Trust likes to work with local designers and contractors and Nick Thorne and WARE construction did a great job to deliver this build on time despite the Beast from the East.
