        I ordered the Autumn candle, it arrived beautifully packaged and smelt lovely! Great customer service too :)

        Customer service is outstanding! A problem arose with a delivery (courier related issues) and the owner rang me directly to apologise and help resolve the matter. As well as doing this he provided his email and mobile number and offered support and advice on my new candle making venture, he was extremely friendly, open and helpful. It is crystal clear from our conversation that customer care/customer relations is of the utmost importance to this family run business whether you are an individual or a large company, he explained every customer is valued and his actions proved this as Doug followed up on our conversation and maintained contact until my delivery was received. I really couldn't recommend Whax highly enough. A very happy customer.
