        Absolutely the most helpful and honest people I bought a bike from John and I am so happy as it perfectly suits my commuting needs! Ill happily rate these guys 5 stars Knowledgeable and helpful to the Nth degree I tried out some of the other bike shops in Hereford and was met with nowhere near as good a service and Hereford ebike even bear all their prices! Make sure you give them a ring before you pop down! Thanks again! Ill be cycling down soon!

        Excellent service from both John & Nick - so good to find a shop that really knows about electric bikes and has all the equipment to repair and service them professionally. Excellent communications but phone before visiting to check they are there... they may be cycling !
