Fantastic place for vacation, large clean house, just 5 minutes from the main road, 25 minutes to Windermere, lots of places to walk. The house is very well equipped, fireplace and pool table is a good idea for rainy days. The beds are very comfortable, I have no negative comments - thank you very much to the owners for Welcome pack and preparing the house for our vacation.

We enjoyed our stay here, it's in a beautiful location , very quiet and peaceful. The property has plenty of room, light and spacious. The beds are comfortable and generous in size. The pool table though is in need of repair or replacing but the table football was in perfect condition. If you like to read there are plenty of books also board games, chess , scrable, pictionary, trivial pursuit. If you like to climb just take a walk up to the crag and climb the bolted routes up by the cave or walk down to the large limestone cliffs and there are some good opportunities there to. Also you could hire a bike from next door. Overall a great place for a holiday in a wonderful part of England. Thank you for letting us all stay.
