Do not under any circumstances use Green Goods Repairs. Unfortunately I found these reviews too late and like others have had a very poor experience including cancellation at short notice, no communication and spare parts arriving damaged. I too am still awaiting a refund.

Dreadful company, showing a complete disregard for their customers. Give them a very wide steer would be my best advice to you all.

Our original visit was in August As with others we await a telephone call or email. Rangemaster cooker - fan fitter correctly in September but wrong clock. No further communication so Phil please email and tell us when you can come and fit the clock (ignition system associated with it) . A positive review can then be posted.

Phil has been out to repair my SMEG oven, my neighbour's dishwasher and washing machine and recommended appliances in my new house. His service has been excellent and I have recommended him several times to other people who have also been very satisfied

The service from Phil Green has been appalling. He doesnt return your messages or communicate any updates. He took 65 call out charge and has not finished the job of repairing our fridge freezer. Complete waste of time, do not use this service. I shall be contacting Trading Standards.
