        Nearly 2 hours just to pick up the phone! This is getting stupid. I could walk in whilst ringing them and they still wouldn't answer!

        Not impressed. My partner was diagnosed with heart failure and was swelling up with fluid. After gods know how many times telling the doctor, just kept giving him more diuretics. Even though they were not working. Now hes in hospital because of it.

        it is so hard to get to see a doctor never known anything like it in my life I am 72 next and the service from the doctors is appalling

        When they finally do pick up the phone ( expect a long wait ) then you have to explain in detail what is wrong with you for them to determine if its urgent enough for you to been seen. Its ridiculous. I don't know why anyone but the doctor needs to know what I'm phone for. Why can't they just they just answer the phone and book an appointment. The next person other than the doctor to ask for my medical background or conditions better have a medical degree. Which I will be expecting to be shown when I get to the practice.
