      • The journalling Pagan

        Call handler hung up on me while I was attempting to amend a booking. They confused all of the bookings that were made. Lost a HUGE amount of business last night. Making us late to our own party. Sadly they are a dismal example of a cab service.

        Terrible! I called to book a cab. Thinking i was getting a service from Chets minivan. Found out that it was directed through to happycab. Waited for 10mins (when the cab was due) and had a call instead. The cab had broken down and couldnt help with the booking. No solution. Unbelievable! False advertising
