        Loved it. Gemma was very knowledgable and experienced. Good communication throughout the appointment, Gemma was making sure all mentioned problems were adressed. My sore upper back felt much better after only one visit.

        Gemma was fantastic. She diagnosed the issue, gave my shoulder a well needed deep muscle massage to get it moving more freely, and followed up with exercises to keep it moving. Will definitely be going back.
