Maltings Lane Post Office

While being helpful in their location, staff are not always friendly and polite. There are some imbalances in terms of the spar and post office staff sharing their roles.

Some staff are really approachable and others it feels you are an inconvenience for. Awks! Also multiple annoying occasions I have walked to post an item and been told it is shut as the post office is only run by certain trained members of staff and it depends on their rota to when it's open. Seems a bit odd not to have all staff trained and be able to man the post office as per the hours and demand.

Very handy to have - but annoying that the hours change like the British weather! Really needs to be more consistent. I now travel up to the Boreham Post Office as I know it is always open until 6pm Mon - Sat.

Never know whether the post office will be open or closed, they never answer their phones to be able to check, and they opening times change every minute of the day. Some staff are helpful, but some of them a so rude and lazy

Post office counter always bloody shut. Hours seem to be 7am - 2pm what good is that to people who work.
