APL were the nominated installers for Stonebond Properties Ltd on seven new build properties, one of which we occupy.
APL have failed to correct issues with our boiler that left us without heating & hot water to this day, and at one point refused to attend only to come the next day when advised that we would instruct another company to rectify their failings at cost to APL.
To top it off, they arrived unannounced in the early morning of one day, and having not got an answer at our front door, simply climbed over our locked gate to fix some guttering. When challenged, we were told that they did not book appointments...
Professionalism and organisation appear to not be their forte. Services: Water heater repair, Water heater installation
