I rang Paul about a leak on Monday morning, he was Brilliant. By 10am he was here, had diagnosed the problem and had organised everything I would need to resolve the problem. By Thursday lunch time Paul had replaced the hot water tank and got everything back in working order. Great service and extremely efficient. 5* Tradesman, would highly recommend to anyone. Excellent professional service and a high quality finish from PJL. Paul renovated our separate toilet that was previously fitted and plummed incorrectly. The room was an utter disaster. So much so, after inspecting it, he was completely honest with us and explained we needed to start again. Paul came back and resolve all underlying issues, leveling floor tiling and after a few days he transformed the space into the room we wanted years ago. Once the room was finished we booked PJL for a Bathroom refit. Out went the dated beige 1980s suite. The repositioning of new units meant rerouting the pipes, all the tiling, fitting of units, the absolute works. Specialist jobs were outsourced for the best finish. In addition our lack of water pressure was immediately solved with a pump installation. Again ever professional and always communicating to us throughout the works when necessary. Thank you Paul and Dan, We are beyond happy with our new and updated modern rooms. : will update with pictures as soon as rooms are painted, because we are so pleased with the works done/and would love to show off the before and afters.
