I am taking part in the Mindful Pilates class with Jess and it is fab. I have scoliosis and the exercises are really helpful, relaxing and strengthening. It never feels pressured and I am encouraged to work to my own ability. My flexibility, core strength and relief of tightness in my back have all improved, as well as being extremely beneficial for my well being. Absolutely brilliant class and would recommend to all! Thanks Jess!

Jess is a wonderful teacher. I only started Pilates about a year ago but thanks to her energy, enthusiasm and expertise, I am now a big fan! The classes are enjoyable and so beneficial and following live every week is a great way to keep healthy and happy!

I've been doing Pilates with Jess now for over 18 months and look forward to it every week! The sessions are always well thought through and considered. Jess really pays attention to what you need and how your body is feeling, and adapts each session to work with what your body can do on the day :)

I've done a few classes now with Jess and was so impressed that I signed up as a monthly member. Jess creates her classes around your needs which is incredible! I have been having hip issues so the class finishes with the same hip movements and the difference is amazing! Her Monday lessons are slow and relaxing, which is perfect as Mondays suck, and you don't want to do an extreme class straight after work. I hope Jess keeps doing the zoom lessons as they are so affordable and really fit in well with my schedule. Jess has been so welcoming to all newcomers who are doing one-off lessons, so don't be shy if you want to try her out! She understands that people might be just scoping around for lockdown exercise.
