Terrible. Constant issues with orders. Account persistently being put on hold, delaying orders, which affects clinic! No explanation from medfx other thancant see why its on hold, sorry! Constant stock issues, I had an order from November turn up jan 25th!! All in the bin. Been using them for 5 years, wont use them again. Far too unreliable costing my business money!

I have had nothing but problems with medfx. They dont tell you when an item is out of stock and still charge you, even when they cant tell you when its coming back in stock They miss out items in deliverys and I had to put a complaint in about a member of staff who was very unprofessional. I dont rate

I am expecting a delivery on Azzular which is a cold chain delivered today . The DPD drive left it in the corridor. He did not hand it to the receptionist. It was leftism a place that could be stolen. It it also left out side felt warm where it should be cold chain. Azzular is cold chain and should not be treated this way . I called to ask about my delivery and your customer service was so short temper and impolite . She is just defending that is ok to be left this way . It is shame that you treat cold chain this way .
