I became worried that the orthotics would detrimentally affect the fit of a pair of black, Scape Sky shoes that I'd ordered from a local branch and started breaking-in that week.
I phoned ahead, asking if I could come in, have my feet measured, the fit of my shoes checked, that I had Autism and was nervous about things. I was told this would be fine, and that the shop wasn't busy (it was heavily raining outside). Having entered, I was served by a girl whose name I believe was Natalie(?), and she was very kind, polite, patient and accommodating. She explained everything she was doing, allayed my fears, and I left feeling very happy. Thank you very much!
