Me and my girlfriend have lived here for over 6 months now. Here is what we have found during our time so far: - The hallway STINKS of weed. I know this is no fault of the building, but it would be nice not to have to smell that in the flats - Our flat faces onto the main road, which is very noisy - Our flat also faces the sun when it rises in the morning, which heats up the flat very quickly and makes it very hot and stuffy during the day. It is also very hot in the winter too, we've had to have fans on during December - There is limited storage space, and the fridges are small integrated jobs with a tiny freezer, meaning you can't batch cook, and there isn't anywhere suitable for a second fridge or chest freezer - Our post kept getting stolen - Extremely limited parking. Only 6 visitor spaces, meaning unless you are friendly with a neighbour who doesn't drive, if you have 2 or more cars (i.e. two people in one flat who both drive) you will struggle to park your car - People don't stop banging the communal doors - Rent is a bit on the steep side 1 star would not recommend
