Our Arneg chiller broke down after a long time and I contacted Robin at Thornbury for advice. He was extremely helpful and offered me excellent practical solutions and advice on how best to move foward. Pleased to say we purchased another chiller and it was ordered and delivered within a week.Highly recommend.

Ordered an Arneg Panama 2 in June 2020 - incredible service both when ordering and installing! Elizabeth was extremely friendly and the installers did a great job! The Arneg Panama 2 is a great chiller! Highly recommended!

In January 2020, Thornbury refrigeration provided and fitted Arneg chillers With marstair condenser units costing over 50k for a shop. Problems started just after 3 months. They tried to fix it but couldnt as chiller was keep freezing the goods and ice formed at the back of the chiller. They replaced one condenser unit approximately after six months because it was faulty. It only resolved the problem for just few 5 to 6 months. Since then we spend closer to 8000/ for repairs. We were told by 2 different refrigeration companies that the workmanship is very poor. And they have used the wrong pipe work. We have lost so much stock, custom so far, we are again having to find more cash to repair leaking pipes, oil leaks and ice forming and much more. Thornbury aftercare was appalling. We are again having to replace an another condenser unit. It is very wrong these people are allowed to getaway by providing faulty goods. We have not said anything for two and half years but it is right we review the goods and workmanship, and the problems we are left to faced with, so the possible customers can make decisions weather to use Thornbury refrigeration or not.
