        The worst agency I have seen. They lied about the cleaning of the property. They didn't let me take the 12 page contract home and read it carefully. Apparently, the 1 star reviews get deleted somehow...!

        Recent sold my property through Ricky and his team. I couldnt recommend a better company. From start to finish I was getting weekly updates and helped answer any questions no matter how minor they were. 10/10 will definitely recommend to anyone looking!

        Swift service selling my home. Thankfully the market was in the sellers favour at the time. But my experience of Gary at Yaxley was great. My house was on the market within a week of initial contact. After 2 days of being on the market I had a full weekend of viewings, which resulted in many offers. Accepted an offer that was well above asking after that first weekend of viewings. Everything else moved quickly and efficiently.
