        Absolute disgrace - booked this company to check my Lifepaks and AED's. The service engineer turned up 2 hours late. I then watched him perform a visual inspection only of my AED's. I asked if he was going to complete a VF shock test, he replied - No we only do visual inspections, I am not trained to complete shock checks. I then asked him what he was going to do with the Lifepaks, his reply was to complete a visual inspection, he was not trained or competent to do anything else. He then admitted he had never worked on a Lifepak 12 before, yet has was happy to go ahead and complete a visual inspection on a machine he had never seen before.
