        I'm writing this review about jwperformace which is part of Essex turbos avoid! Take payment and don't send items asked for tracking number various times which they cannot provide now trying to get a refund which is proving just as difficult as actually getting the item in the first place seeking legal advice

        I dont really leave reviews, but on this occasion i just had to. from the first communication and friendly phone manner to the end result was 10/10. Very reasonable priced saved me 1500quid on my turbo as it was a hybrid by bmw. Turnouaround was literally a day and a half. turbo id literally like new and warranty with, hats off to the team and a MASSIVE thanks to essex turbos! Will definitely be using again and recommend others

        Recently had my turbo rebuilt at Essex Turbochargers. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Service was very quick and communication was first class. The pick up and re delivery of my turbo was done to work around myself. Cost was good for all the work that was done. Turbo unit redelivered all looking brand new. Would highly recommend Essex Turbochargers.

        I have been using essex turbos for years. Have always found them to be helpful, honest and reasonable. Looking at some of the reviews on here, I would be questioning the skill of some of the so called 'machanics' that have fitted said "failed" turbo. How many have just fitted a replacement an not changed oil feed pipes, checked to see if there's any blockages in the induction system or dpf/cat is blocked. What about preparation of the turbo before fitting, priming up, cleaning mounting services, removing debris etc... People think I've got a mate that can do it for cheap.... carry on an waist your money! Garages/workshops use a program called autodata to get times on how long a job should take. No time given for investigation, cleaning and resolution as to why the turbo failed in the first place. So before looking at the bad reviews, look for a good garage to take your vehicle to in the first place! Keep up the good work guys
