We called Alan after my elderly parents had locked themselves out of their house. Alan came within 30 minutes, got them in to their house, fitted a new lock and was on his way. Superb service, from a proper gentleman. I cannot thank Alan enough for his prompt actions. It saved my parents further anguish.
