Started out with a face to face conversation that was quite insightful and forward thinking. After contracting their services progress was slow and missing those extra elements we had been lead to expect and a completion date kept being moved back. Once the site was live contact was made regarding moving the website to a new hosting and management. At this point EE made life uncompromisingly difficult and slow. After finally getting what we required our new website management informed us that what we were given is almost entirely unworkable, with even trivial elements of the site management structure missing or seemingly hidden. With so many options out there it is enticing to look at the big snazzy websites, but little key points like EE's blog coming to a dramatic stop in September 2014 should have been the indicator that this is not the company it may have once been, I would advise staying well away.
