fast, efficient, honest, nice bloke. Matt made short work of our tail lift repair, showed up slightly earlier than expected too. Great advice given on maintence of the tail lift as well. Very happy to have someone like this locally to us who can provide such a fast and efficient service.

Being disabled, we depend on our hydraulic lift on my hubby's Renault van/minibus so we can have trips out with my scooter. When we discovered the oil leak and got intouch with Matt he got to us as quickly as he could and fixed the problem and carried out a full service for us. He is a top bloke, knowledgeable and hard working with his 24/7 business. Such a friendly family guy, explained everything and had us back on the road in one visit. I called MSE Engineering when my tail lift broke down. They arrived well before the estimated ETA given and was able to fix the issue no problems at all. The engineer Matt who attended was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Even offered us a cold bottle of water as we were waiting in the sun until he arrived. I would highly recommend their services as we will be using this company going forward.

Outstanding service! Called at 09:00 with a 7.5T with a broken down tail-lift while making a collection had a call by 10:15 with the problem fixed. Happy driver and very happy customer as we were not too delayed!
