I really should get into the habit of reading reviews before using any service, I unfortunately I read the reviews after an awful experience, only to find that I am not the only one having such a dreadful experience. It started with the price agreement when I was charged more that what it said on the pricelist. Already then I got the feeling that I was dealing with a crook. I asked whether I can leave a spare button attached to the coat and I got the answer that's not a problem..When I was collecting the coat the following week the button was gone, of course. But that's not all. There was a hole burnt into the sleeve of another coat that I left with them for dry cleaning. The items that I received back were filthy and stunk of smoke. When I entered the shop the following week to complain about my two ruined coats the whole place stunk of cigarette smoke. Folks beware using this shop if you don't want to receive a costly lesson!!!!!!
