Collingwood Road Surgery

I need change of Medication for my type 2 diabetic...I rang yesterday for appointment and was told ring 0800 today, I made 56 calls from 0800 untill 0830 before getting through, was told doctor will call me back during the day..eight half hours later I had not received a call..I rang again was assured he will call..no call happened and surgery now closed untill Monday, I'm sure I will have to go through the same ritual.. It's just not acceptable.

Doctors do not listen. Been admitted to hospital after being laugh at by DR Williams. Needs closing down

Very awful experience. To make an appointment it is very difficult. Staff is not helpful and very rude. Doctor can stand next to you and he still wont see you in person instead he will call you. On the phone standard questions and call no longer than a minute. How people accepting this? Feel like in third world country

When you want visit the surgery to get appointment door always close and there is note on there the door give call this number and trying to call that number they don't answer the phone i been trying to get test appointment from them last 30 days no luck .i m going to report them to nhs .
