Costumer service even worst. Could not answer questions and constantly saying I apologise for inconvenience caused. I cancelled order. Never received such bad costumer support

As you run a business yourself, I'm sure you can appreciate that operating at a loss is not something that can be sustained for any length of time.
From my conversation with ( . . . . )it is clear that we can't compete on price with (. . . . ) , and so reluctantly have made the decision to return the rates on your account to our standard tariff. This I informed David of during the course of our conversation. I now attach formal notification of this course of action.
The new standard rates will take effect from 3rd December and details will be sent to you then. You may wish to consider using a service such as Parcels 2 Go, and to whom we are affiliated. The rates are competitive, with no obligation on set parcel volumes.
