My flat was flooded by water and I needed help yesterday. I spoke to a very helpful lady called Sue, who rang round to change appointments to fit me in. I was very grateful for her polite and helpfulness during this stressful time. Matt turned up and started work straight away. I had tried with my vax power hoover to extract the access water for several hours for 3 days. He worked hard and made the carpet look like new. It was also much drier. Really pleased to have found Darren and his team to provide a COVID clean on a property for us. Great customer service and very friendly. Efficient service was provided and going above and beyond to help even further. This service provided us with peace of mind and reassurance during this difficult time in all our lives.
