My son had his birthday party there: laser tag and sausage surprise escape room. Boys had a great time! Very friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Tom for putting the party together!

The staff were brilliant for my sons 7th year birthday party. They looked after them all and also allowed us to bring our own cake to celebrate with his friends. This is a great place to have a party and very well priced

What a disappointment. Booked sons birthday party here for 12 children costing almost 150. Booked in advance and liased with staff via email about timings as we had booked a meal out at a restaurant for the children afterwards. Having spoken about timings the advice was to book for 4.10 with children arriving at 4 for their safety briefing. All children arrived promptly. Staff were not overly welcoming and felt as though we were inconveniencing them. The children waiting and soon enough it was 4.25 with all of them still waiting for news. Eventually a member of staff informed us that they would have to wait another 15 minutes before they could go in. By this point we had already been hanging around for 30mins and I had a group of disappointed and impatient children. The children in the end spent more time waiting doing nothing then actually doing the laser tag that we had paid for. I had to fork out for refreshments to keep them engaged while we waited. We were shown to the party room and told they would be able to go in soon. The wait continued and as a consequence we were late for our next booking. Which has a knock on effect for the parents collecting children. Staff were not forthcoming with an apology, nor did it seem that they were at all engaged with the children or our appreciated our custom. Such a shame. I will definitely not be returning and will be advising people to avoid. This very nearly ruined my sons party and caused lots of unnecessary stress all round. I appreciate things happen and things are delayed, but there is a manner of dealing with people and their customer service was terrible.
