My 2 children are entitled for the bus from home to school. I recieved letter saying the bus card will come in 14 working days.4 weeks after and nothing. Try to call-mail boxe is full,try to email them-no resend. Worried what is going to happened tomorrow as the school starts.Will send the kids with the letters l got at home and let see.

The service is a joke never on time to any part of route 39 if It turns up atall rude drivers a dopo that never answers phone or returns calls about complaints

I used to think this company, compared to First Essex, where good. Not anymore. I am continuing emailing (phones never answered) asking about late bus service 90. Not 5 or 10 minutes, but as today 45 minutes late!! Just two days ago, 35 minutes late. Is now every bit as shocking as First Essex, probably some outdo them on the dreadful service they offer. God help wanting to use cars less and use public transport. It ain't gonna happen with these two companies running (or not) as in this case ZERO STARS

This is the worse bus company in the world and I hope it goes belly up and sinks next port of call is to my local MP I hope local government can take your O license away from you because your just not fit enough for purpose and the 1 star i had give should be minus by a few thousand
