        Thanks Lloyd's you've now made it impossible for me to be able to do any face to face banking whatsoever. I work 7:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday so with a closing time of 15:00 everyday that you can be bothered to open, the only day that would have been achievable was a Saturday but now your not even open then! I'm sorry but I refuse to go to Chelmsford (the nearest branch which is 30 mins travel away) fight & pay for a parking space then have to walk for a further 10-15 mins just to pay in cash or just speak to a person face to face. By doing thus your forcing the public into a cashless society when most of us are either not ready or don't want this transition.

        Use to love using this bank compared to Chelmsford branch, now it's barely open I don't understand how they can choose to have so many days off. How does that work in the real world especially for older people
