        SHOCKING SERVICE !! ABSOLUTELY ABISMAL !! CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS LIED, SATURDAY SERVICE PAID EXTRA FOR WAS IGNORED, EXCUSES, EXCUSES !! WHAT A SORRY OF AFFAIRS !

        DPD is the worst company i ever used, i wait for my new smartphone upgrade and next day delivery service should be deliver on 17th Feb, due to driver (Ricky) finish his job early and he not able to deliver my parcel, 18th Feb same situation - my parcel number 68 but he finish at number 45, i receive msg my parcel will be delivered on 19th Sun due to unexpected issue, 30 minutes later another msg my parcel will delivered on 20th Mon. I stopped dpd driver on street and ask for my parcel and he said he cannot give me because i need wait in queue due to their system not let skip customers from route. THIS IS HOW IT WORKS NEXT DAY DELIVERY by DPD. There is maybe better if you set a pick up point instead of home address but is only my suggestion. I dont know why this company is still on the market ???

        People working there are not smart enough to think that if one day is nobody at home between 12-13 then rearange delivery netx day between 10-11... and next day morning again.. and next day morning again...

        What used to be a great service has gone downhill quickly. Items delivered at wrong doors in a different street ! Items not delivered at all
