I'd like to thank Paul and Baz for all their efforts and hard work throughout the 2 days that they were with us. They were quick and efficient wrapping every item and then transporting it to the new location at a time that was particularly traumatic for my parents after 50 years in their home. The only criticism that l would have is that the video conferencing call prior to moving day was wholly inadequate when establishing how much furniture and 'stuff' was to be wrapped and removed. The man (on the end of the phone) was very polite, thorough and friendly but vastly underestimated the quantity of boxes and wrapping required. This had an immediate effect on moving days, and more than 2 men should have been on the job for all of the time. Paul and Baz were literally run off their feet. No stop for lunch. Completion of move took at least 6 hours longer than expected. due to wrapping and packing. At all times Paul and Baz were professional, friendly and cheery and l thank them very much for that. Would definitely recommend them but beware the video call establishing quantity of belongings. Service: Senior moving
