Excellent service. Cot is beautiful and very sturdy. Mattress was damaged on arrival - however staff were happy to send out replacement via courier the following day. Very happy with product and service.

Very poorly made furniture partner leaned on drop rail to get my baby out of bed and its completely snapped customer care also shocking when messaged I was just told its not designed to hold human weight? Even tho I expressed he leaned on it not put all his weight on it? Also furniture is chipped all over I paid over 900 for my set and it wont be useable for my next baby never mind that fact that I need to now make the cot into a cot bed for my 16 month old that is defiantly not ready to have a cot bed yet. Please be careful of what u buy I feel robbed.

Furniture is really nice and sturdy, however messurements are not the same as UK is using, for example, cot bet size from this seller is 130x70cm and standard cot bed size in UK is 140x70cm, so if youll need to purchase a new mattress it is going to be a real problem... I wish I new this when bought the furniture set from this seller. Also there was problems with delivery and sellers attitude...

So far I have had to chase my order. The first time half the furniture didnt come until I chased. But even after I still havent received one item and they have taken ages to reply. Poor customer service. Still waiting....

2 month delay and then Cot arrived damaged and marked. Cot also had horrible metal badge that was not shown online. Seller refused refund despite having a 14 day refund policy stated on their website.
