- Whenever we had technical issues in the flat, such as heating or hot water issues, they would fix them as soon as possible, usually within a couple days. They never tried to charge us for any of these fixes.
- Increases in rent over the years were small enough (possibly even below market rate) that there was no reason for me to complain or contest.
- Returned our full deposit without issues (we used one of their suggested cleaning services for the end-of-tenancy cleaning).
Overall, I can attest that, probably as a consequence of being a company with a smaller portfolio compared to other larger letting agencies, Maria and her crew give a lot of attention to tenants and make an effort to accommodate requests and ensure issues are quickly fixed.
