RCI Joinery replaced 10 wood sash windows and 2 large sash bay windows for us. From start to finish we felt like a valued customer and we were kept in the loop throughout the whole process. All problems and fitting dealt with extremely professionally and triple checked that we were happy with the finished work. Would highly recommend.

Having searching for a long time for a joiner who could replace our very old wood front door, we were really pleased with the work undertaken by Ryan and his colleagues. As well as producing a like-for-like door in sympathy with our property, they replaced all the sidelights with double-glazing and even managed to rescue the stained glass from the original, so that it could be used in the replacement. Ryan and his team worked extremely hard (and late into the evening) to get the job done on the day we had agreed. We also really appreciated the fact that from the start of the process they were reliable, responsive and easy to work with. I will definitely approach RCI again about any future joinery and carpentry work.

Excellent advice and workmanship with supply of a bespoke replacement outside facing screen panel. Together with expert fitting by my carpenter, a first class result. Yes, there are still proper craftsmen around. ( Though an increasingly rare breed unfortunately.) If you want a skilled joiner this a place to come. They know their trade.
