Have used Deanta doors in our last 2 houses, quality is second to none, we bought from John Richardsons our local store and we were very pleased with the service, we also used the Deanta furniture packs which were great.

Doors are rubbish quality. Most of my urban doors arrived chipped and damaged. Deante not interested once they have the sale.. Terrible quality and overpriced. Customer service shocking!!!! Contacted my supplier but they insisted Deante wouldnt help and recommend that I paint the chipped doors!!! Not even 4 months old.

Bought four doors fitted by professional carpenter and because I wanted them to look special paid to have them French polished but unfortunately the bottom rail on two doors looks as if it has been fitted as an afterthought much lighter than the rest of the door quite embarrassed when I had visitors maker not interested so I have cancelled six doors for the upstairs

Very stressful, unhelpful experience. This is the first time in 8 years that I have ever experienced a delivery driver that won't even deliver to the door, left it up the street, would never use them again or recommend them.
