We are in the very early stages of planning our extension and have been super impressed with David and his communications. After coming over to give us a free quote he has since offered us great advice and offered us some brilliant ideas, he pointed out things we hadnt even thought of and therefore potentially saved us money with our chosen design, and how to remain within our budget. David has helped us to understand the different stages and timelines with regards to the build and what to expect along the way. Hes given us the confidence we needed to submit our plans. David and team have nearly completed a large extension and remodel of the ground floor of our Ely home. I have been especially impressed with his project management skills, client communication, practical advice on where to save money and indeed where not. In addition, to his full time team of builders he has a select group of expert trades to get the job done. Highly impressed and his team always leave the place as tidy as possible. The job is nearly done and will be completed before Christmas 2018. - as promised. 5* building company.

David and his team built us a two-side and two-storey extension which we could not be more delighted with. At every stage, from initial discussions, to organising, to costs and dealing with inevitable unavoidable surprises which cropped up during the process (including a global pandemic!), David has been professional, upfront, fantastic at communicating, patient, great at problem-solving and just extraordinarily helpful. Every one of David's team who we met through our build was friendly, professional, and the quality of each part of every bit of the build has been absolutely superb and beyond our expectations. They were also extremely tidy and very kind with our young children who were around for a lot of the building work because of the lockdown. Many of our neighbours also commented about what a considerate and friendly team they were. We would whole-heartedly recommend DG Building to anyone considering an extension; they have built us our dream home.

David's team came highly recommended and I found out why when I asked D G Building - East Cambs Ltd to build a fireplace around my wood burning stove. The team worked very efficently and were very pleasant. I was surprised how quickly the job could be done. The fireplace looks fantastic in the room. So much better than just the bare wood burner. David was so helpful to put me in touch with an excellent decorator, electrian and carpenter also. So pleased with this outcome!!
