Tiger Taxis of Whalley

Jumped in one of their taxis outside Rendezvous last night in Whalley charged me 47 to Lower Darwen with a drop off in Great Harwood which they would be driving through, utter rip off merchants it was 14 with Max Taxis going, please avoid them and book with another company

Absolutely terrible. Called them the first time and was told 5 to 10 minutes. I waited 20 minutes and gave up then got a call ten minutes later to find out where I had gone. So I called them back and arranged another taxi while being assured they were sorry and this one would be 5/6 minutes. Yet again I received a call at least 20 minutes later informing me my cab was there. As a result I would rather walk the distance I needed to go in a hurricane than call them again. Absolutely appalling service

Always on time and great drivers. Only feedback I'd give is to clean the cars more often, they are my can of choice now though.

I called and requested a taxi from Shajan to top of Mitton Road and was quoted 10. Text confirmation received. When I arrived at my destination I was told it was an extra 5, which I didnt have in cash, despite my location being accurate. The taxi driver demanded extra payment and was confrontational despite children being present. No option to pay via card. #tax? DO NOT USE. If there was an option for zero stars I would use it.

Waited 30 minutes after saying we had 2 young children with us. We got the txt saying it had arrived only to watch it leave with another passenger in the car. Absolutely disgraceful. Do not use this taxi firm!
