I thought it was a nice place to have a quick mooch then maybe grab a coffee. It's a fairly good sized shop, a little busy on the products and although it looked great it wasn't very shoppable from a consumers point of view. It tries to cover all tastes but this devalues its offering I feel and makes it cluttered and difficult to shop. I ended up going home and ordering a rug online. One thing I didn't like though was the follow up call from the store after I made my online purchase to check my details were correct. Very intrusive and uncommon thing to do but felt after the call, it was their way of telling me my purchase was made to order and wasn't returnable. I couldn't see this anywhere on their website or at checkout and considering it arrived 4 days later and not the 2 weeks I was told I highly doubt it was made to order and the shipping company wasn't that of Loom Loft. Not to mention it wasn't a bespoke size and very much a stock item. The rug just so happens to be great and I didn't need to return it but it put me off the whole experience and won't visit or purchase from here again.
