        Extremely poor customer service. When an item was brought as a gift and when person buying asked if there is an issue could it be returned for refund- the person serving said yes certainly. Although that wasnt the case! Tried to return for a refund and met with we dont do refunds! Not very impressed when specifically asked prior to buying!! Not a cheap item either! Tried to return only 5 days after buying it! Absolutely ridiculous and terrible way to run a business. Customer service diabolical and this shop is not recommended as if you have any issues with goods its too bad! AVOID!

        Very good selection of goods at reasonable prices. Pleasant and friendly staff, so many things to look at for gifts etc. Also check out Utopia, sister shop next door, for Candles and room fragrances etc. Always new products, there's plenty of choice. Still has wonderful choices..

        Went for a walk from Wistow and saw a gorgeous set of 2 chairs and a table. Andy had left his contact information on the table as the shop was closed. I got a very quick response and then delivery the next morning! Very happy with how quickly I received a response and how quickly they were delivered! The chairs are so comfy, I certainly will be spending lots of time relaxing and reading in them.
