        I ordered water softener three weeks ago I still haven't received it .on Monday I called I was promised it would be delivered on Wednesday today is Thursday I called them three times each time the same we will call you back really ?!I have never encountered such unprofessionalism

        Bought a quantity of tablet salt for our water softener. Our local supplier has doubled their price of a 25kg bag claiming there is a world wide shortage. Considerable saving per bag buying from this company. Online ordering and payment straightforward and safe. Physical delivery efficient. Highly recommended. PS We have some of the largest salt deposits on the planet yet this salt came from Turkey.

        Bought a Franke tap and filter from Fountain Softners. The tap came damaged but i called them up and they shipped out a replacement and collected the old one the following day. Great service and competitive prices as well. Would definitely use them again

        We bought a water softener + RO system and after a few hick ups with the RO system I can now say that everything works well! James and team provided great customer service.

        We have a Foutain Softener for 5 years and it has never worked properly. It has been rubbish and not worth the 500 price tag. Changed the softener to another brand and hey presto soft water... the support is totally rubbish as the never respond to emails etc. I would not touch these charlatans with a barge pole as they sell inferior goods and the support is diabolical.
