Becky and Helen have a strong philosophy of wanting to make sure that both the buyer and seller have a great experience in the sale of every home. They are scrupulously fair in their dealings and genuinely want win win outcomes for everyone involved. Having not had the best experience of the better known agents, I was told by a friend that no one would harder to sell your house than Becky (and Helen!), this turned out to be very true, they took an intelligent approach to marketing and managing the entire process, whilst being personable, genuine and making life as easy as possible. There are Estate Agents, and then there is Penfolds! The experience of listing with this amazing independent estate agency was completely different to using a High Street agency, as we have with previous house sales. Becky and Helen are outstanding professionals, with a wealth of experience. We found that their marketing material was top-notch with brilliant photography. Their excellent presentation of our property translated into stress-free viewings and multiple offers on our home. Above all, we knew, they were always at the end of the phone and had our best interests at heart. We cant recommend them highly enough.
