Sent a request for quotation on 10 May 2016, a lady called back (same day) and confirmed they had received the drawing but couldnt open it, then Steve confirmed hed opened it on the 12 May. When we chased the quote up 17 May 2016, we are told its not their type of work they are structural steel fabricators why didnt Steve say this when he opened the drawings on the 12th May, saving us 5 days in wasted time.
Avoid this company, totally unprofessional and a complete waste of time.
