Terrible customer service, you can call and call and never get a answer. You can leave a message and never get a ring back at least in my case. I also had the pleasure of driving here for an appointment that was booked 6 days in advance for two people, just to drive an hour to get there to find out that they couldnt support that kind of work after standing the lobby for 30 minutes. Communication is key to a business so they say they had the wrong number and tried to reach me, considering they called me once before to confirm my appointment but couldnt get ahold of me. I rescheduled for two weeks later for a 2 hour window and had contracted COVID the week before. I called 4 times to reschedule my appointment to of course not getting through to anyone. So I gave up and thought surely they would call when they notice Im not there the day of my appointment and I kid you not I received no phone call. Ive already paid for this session. It makes me wander if they ever put me on the books in the first place.

Dr Kola is a genius! he cured a severe back problem I had a few years ago and every time I get a problem a visit to him sorts me out again. Highly recommended!
