I have been having a leakage problem with my shower for a while now and have used this company to fix it but the shower never get fixed.Also this the 3rd time I have booked appointments with them and they wait till the day they are supposed to come fix a problem and cancel on you.This so bad because some people have to take day off to stay home waiting for this company to come fix a problem they have booked for a month in advance and for the company to cancel on that specific day and their excuse is their plumber or engineer called in sick smh come on really .I didnt want to write a bad review but this the 3rd time my appointment have been cancelled.I have lost 3 days of my annual holiday for this company to cancel and not turn up. This company needs some serious customer service training and some restructuring thats all I got today say.

Currently undergoing a kitchen refit in my council property. Estimate time 10/12 working days I'm now on day 19. The communication is dire. The poor liason officer kayleigh however is great my complaints are not with her it's with the company of a whole. Such an unprofessional company the work carried out so far is of poor standards. They are messy and havnt offered any protection eg dust sheets or plastic sheeting to cover any of my belongings on show. Thankfully I'm not paying for this service because if I was then I certainly wouldn't of paid them. There are still over 9 outgoing things regarding the refit left to do to complete. All I'm all the whole experience is having a strain on mine and my family's mental health. I pity anyone else who has to suffer with this whole experience. The lack of compassion is shocking even after numerous messages to the supervisor to contact me has been ignored this really needs addressing as it has made the situation even more harrowing dosnt even deserve the 1 star rating.

This company was hired by Cambridge Council to put new roofs on several properties on my street. The workers are disrespectful, damaged numerous plants & trees of mine, ruined my grass, played loud music at 8am, lied & said my garden was littered with dog foul and that they had to work around it?(when I in fact picked it up daily before they started working ), Left trash, their materials, anything that fell off the roof in my garden. Tossed bits of tile from the roof which kept hitting my glass windows. My garden looked absolutely disgusting by the time they finished. I was almost in tears. After notifying them they took no responsiblity for the damage caused. They said my grass would grow back, and plants/trees grow back when they in fact will not as the trees were wacked in half from the wood. And what is now a big wet mud patch will only be a big dry patch in summer in the grass. There work is appalling. It's no wonder they have such a low rating. This is my home and I have to live here. I would never disrespect someone else's home they way they did mine.They should be ashamed.
